Trinidad’s Olympic champion escapes serious injury

Trinidad and Tobago’s Olympic javelin gold medallist Keshorn Walcott reportedly escaped serious injury following a vehicular accident.
Walcott’s manager, Sean Roach, said Saturday that the athlete was heading to the Hasely Crawford Stadium Friday when a car collided with his SUV which triggered another collision, reports CMC. Roach said Walcott did not sustain any serious injuries but he was examined by his physiotherapist.
